We're looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving & Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. This isn't a typical warehouse position. Our products are lightweight, unique, and often collectible, requiring care, precision, and pride in every shipment.

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Carefully inspect products before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities against purchase orders.
Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
Print shipping labels and process shipments using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers.
Perform light engraving on pens and gifts (training provided).
Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse.
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
Work closely with customer service and retail staff to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
Maintain our high standards of presentation and customer satisfaction.
Support additional warehouse and fulfillment projects as needed.
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or e-commerce is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable using computers and learning shipping software.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, or similar shipping platforms is a plus, but not required.
Work with premium products instead of heavy industrial goods.
